Fairly Traded Coffee

Even though our coffee does not yet carry the Fairtrade™ Foundation logo it is undoubtedly fairly traded.  Our policy of paying sustainable prices is probably the biggest difference we make as a business.  We focus on educating the farmers and assisting them with developing techniques that provide them with the resources they require to produce economic wellbeing.

The special wet mill process we use improve coffee profits by:

- Reducing structural costs (one washing station) through more efficient coffee flow and increased transaction size
- Improving the quality of coffee through improved uniformity in processing, hence strengthening direct sales and allowing for participation in specialty coffee markets.
