Sustainable Development

We work hard to nurture happy and healthy communities.  Not only do we focus on fair trade but we also broaden our consideration to sustainable development tailored to ensure that our current developments are not compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.  In practise this relates to how we work with the environment, our people and our communities, and scrutinising day to day business decisions to make sure that we are accounting for long-term sustainability and not simply short-term profit.

We our passionate about developing and caring for our employees and the wider community; we have regularly discussions with the local community and provide education and training.  We Recycle waste products during the production process, and replace the natural nutrients of the land by using organic matter (composted coffee pulp) to fertilise the land. We also use pollution free solar coffee dryers to carefully and considerately dry our coffee.
